Thank you for shopping with Korevit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and tags.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or if the protective seal has been broken, unless the item is defective or was damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used health and wellness products (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contato.suite01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contato.suite01@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contato.suite01@gmail.com.
