Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping notification.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, severe weather, or high order volumes during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Korevit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or the delivery date at contato.suite01@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
